Why only now?

Regarding the question whether I agree on an ordering principle to govern the use of computers, I believe that this should be implemented. As we all know, in this time of ours many of us has already forgotten how to use the computer responsibly, cyber bullying is one the proof.  I will stand my answer. I really think that this should be implemented in order for us to control people who uses the computer for bad things, it will surely lessen the crimes with the used of computers as it will be regulated by the law already. I truly believe it will change the computer community. *The only question that's bothering me is, "Why only now?".

5 Computer Ethics:

1. Thou shall not tolerate cyber bullying.

2. Thou shall not post malicious and censored material on the net.

3. Thou shall not threaten and bully others over the web.

4. Thou shall think twice about the things that you will post.

5. Thou shall respect the opinion of other people. :)
